List of CCS-projects
A project can be one of a whole range, from a FEED study or pilot to a fully operational carbon capture and storage chain. We have also included projects of different scales, with varying CO2 sources and deploying a range of technologies. If you want the list to be organised differently, just click on either "Project name", "country", "scale", "status" or "year of operation" and the list will re-order alphabetically under the relevant keyword.
We invite industry members to add their CCS projects to this database and provide information as it progresses - and also tell us if any information is incorrect. Please email camilla@zero.no.
We have given a star rating to projects within the database as follows:
Operative and special Projects already operating and with a special significance. For example, storing large quantities of CO2 (>1 Mtpa), using a pioneering technology or setting standards within a new sector.
Very promising Projects that are making good progress and have potential to become operational within the next 4-5 years.
